I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, a mix of traditional Japanese and Western style, and had convenient amenities like a massage chair and multiple toilets. However, they felt a little dated. The service was excellent with friendly and English-speaking staff, although there was a hiccup with one member at the travel center. The location was convenient, close to the ski slopes and other facilities, but the uphill walk could be tiring with luggage.
